Historia - Lugares de interés - Playas - La ciudad

El Carnaval:

Es una de les fiestas más famosas de la ciudad. Consta de un desfile de carrozas y comparsas por el Paseo marítimo y un baile posterior. Se celebra en febrero.

Sant Jordi:

Fiesta nacional catalana celebrada el 23 de abril. La tradición manda que los hombres regalen una rosa a las mujeres y las mujeres regalen un libro a los hombres, en motivo de la leyenda de Sant Jordi y el dragón. La rambla de Sant Feliu se llena de tenderetes de venta de rosas y libros.

Aplec de Pedralta:

Caminata popular hasta Pedralta, donde se celebran varios actos como espectáculos infantiles, habaneras, ... Es una fiesta familiar. Normalmente se celebra la tercera semana de mayo.

Fiesta de Sant Joan:

Fiesta que consiste en celebrar verbenas con grandes hogueras y encender petardos durante toda la noche para celebrar la llegada del verano con la noche más corta del año. Se celebra el 23 de junio. Es una fiesta celebrada en toda Cataluña.

Festival Internacional de la Porta Ferrada:

Es uno de los festivales más importantes de Cataluña. En él se pueden encontrar una gran variedad de corrientes artísticos como el teatro, la música y la danza. Normalmente dura todo el verano.

Fiesta Mayor:

Fiesta tradicional que se celebra en todos los pueblos de Cataluña, pero en diferentes fechas. La de Sant Feliu es del 1 al 4 de agosto. Conciertos, correfuegos, chiringuitos y fuegos artificiales, configuran esta fiesta popular.

Sant Feliu Fest:

Festival internacional de música independiente. Organizado por la asociación Atzavara Club, que hace más de 10 años que se encarga de traer las mejores bandas del mundo dentro del panorama musical más independiente del momento. Normalmente se celebra el fin de semana siguiente a la Fiesta Mayor.

11 de septiembre:

Día nacional de Cataluña en que se conmemora la derrota que sufrió Cataluña en 1714 a manos de las tropas españolas de Felipe V de Borbón. Cataluña, que hasta aquel momento había sido una nación soberana, perdió las libertades nacionales, las leyes propias del país y sufrió represión en contra de su cultura y su lengua, una situación política que aún perdura. Durante el día se realizan varios actos como el cuelgue de la "senyera" (bandera nacional catalana) en los balcones de las casas, manifestaciones, conciertos y ofrendas florales a los defensores difuntos de los Países Catalanes.
